5 /5 A C: As a life long foody I have tried many many burgers over the years. Hand on heart Munchalatos are up there with the best. You may have to wait a while for an order on weekends etc but honestly its worth it. Absolutely everything we have tried has been amazing so far. The signature with Wagyu is a stand out as are the wings. Thanks for the great food guys.

M: this is the worst takeaway in the whole of Bexley London Borough......they operate from the Spice King restaurant and when called to place my order.. he could not understand english at all ,had to repeat the same word three times.........now for the food which went in the bin after having one bite.... as you can see the photo of the chips(think they were more like crisp) were so brown which screamed of dirty oil to me..........

1 /5 Tony Chaudhary: Placed a order on new year eves got my order nearly 3 hours later. Was patient enough two times when I rang and was told got a back log and catching up. Rang third time and then got told you should have ordered directly instead of thru Just Eat. Great. Never again. If u cant handle the orders dont take them. Instead your ruining customers evening by putting money before customer satisfaction.

2 /5 Mayu Mathy: After reading all the reviews, I decided to go for collection! Called them up and they said to come in 30mins! 50mins later food wasn’t ready, fair play.... takes time to prep good food! After 55mins, food was ready! Went for the Chicken Double or nothin burger meal. Must say I was disappointed, a burger with just a lots of “munchalato sauce” basically cheap burger sauce which was just sweet. Lacked “caramelised onions, no tomato” and I’m a afraid to say the chicken was just bland, no seasoning, no taste just a disappointment. Again the burger was cold, and the bun weren’t toasted. Should of just went safe with Zinger box meal from KFC. Also asked for Peri peri chips, and got charged for it. But just got plain chips and wasn’t warm, no salt, felt like the oil hadn’t been changed for a while. Just cupboard chips, I should of know better and went down the local chippy. Sides also went for chilli cheese bites, they weren’t chilli at all, just normal cheese bites but in this case cold and boring cheese bites with no sauce to go with it. Moving on to the milkshake, went for a white bueno milkshake, and boy what a let down! Milkshake had big thick bits inside, clearly wasn’t blended properly! I would visit again to give these guys another chance, as they are local to me and every1 deserves a 2nd chance. But for what a paid it’s a joke! Over the phone was told it’s £x amount and when I went to pay charged me extra £2.20, cheeky! I didn’t care as much as I had waited for 50mins for my food!
