Smoked baba ganoush Aubergine, chickpea, tomato qawarma. Served with zaatar flatbread LAMB SHANK QOZI Seared Lamb shank and the slow-cooked for 4 hours, with tomato, onion garlic, green pepper and potato. topped with fried rosemary, Only comment is that the small text for V, GF and prices on the menu is almost invisible! Alexandra Crabtree Popped in here for lunch and asked for an outside table. Giovanni was brilliant. Depsite the outisde area not being set up, he went out and cleared a table for us to use. Really went above and beyond. He also made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Great experience :)

Sheena King When I got to the venue, I was greeted by several friendly and helpful security staff, which made me feel like my visit would go smoothly. In the dining area, I found plenty of seating options and chose a more comfortable spot. At first, I felt a little awkward with the staff, but one of them was very helpful with my sister and friends orders. As my sister and I were about to leave, we were asked about our bills, which was a bit embarrassing for me. This indicated a communication problem among the staff since they should have known the payment was already taken care of. Overall, the food was good; I really enjoyed the pepper sauce, which added flavor without being too spicy. The halloumi wrap was nice as well—simple but delicious. By the end of the meal, I was happily full and look forward to trying the prawns next time.

Mohsin Zaheer Wow, just wow! I cant believe I stumbled upon this little gem on Google Maps! The food here is seriously amazing - so authentically Indian, with spices that hit all the right spots. Its like getting a taste of the bustling streets of India right in my neighborhood! I cant thank them enough for making my mornings brighter and tastier. Before work, this spot has become my go-to daily pit stop. The flavors are on point, and every bite is a burst of deliciousness that leaves me craving more. Whats even better is that Google Maps made it super easy for me to find this treasure. Just a few taps, and I found my way to this flavor-filled adventure. The people working here are incredibly friendly and helpful. If youre not sure what to try, theyll happily guide you through their menu with a smile. It feels like they genuinely care about making your experience special. In short, if youre into real Indian street food, this place is an absolute must-visit. Its got that traditional charm and mouthwatering taste thats hard to find elsewhere. Thank you, Google Maps, for helping me discover this little food paradise. I cant wait to keep coming back for more of their fantastic dishes!

Yus Ali I had come here yesterday evening for dinner with my partner, I’ll give you a run down of the restaurant and the value for money and quality of food: Price: £9 per person, this allows you to eat as much as you want for around 2hrs. 2/5 stars Service: hardly any service, just main counter where you pay and get a plate with cutlery from. So I would not say much of a service, 1 cleaner who is also taking plates away from tables once you leave. 1/5 stars Food quality: by looking at the food from the outside it looks pretty decent, when we attended the food buffet counter I found some of the food to be warmish and not hot enough, the selection was not massive but had some of the usual things you would find in a Chinese takeaway but missing quite a few basics too. There were also no deserts or fresh fruits which would have probably helped the shops selections. 3/5 stars Overall I can’t give more than 3/5 stars for this place but felt if I could give 2.5/5 stars this would be a better reflection. I probably wouldn’t come back here unless things changed and there were more selection going on considering the amount of food places within a 2 min walk.

Falafel & Shawarma London - Southwark

Rimon Ahmed Back in August a work colleague said one lunchtime "boys let me take you to a place for some good lunch for the price of a meal deal". So we went to Falafel & Shawarma! It is a nice spacious simple looking shop, queue up on the right to order, then move over to the left to pay for and pickup up your order. There is long sitting wall benches on either side of the shop where you can sit in and eat, but when the shop is busy you will be sitting along side both queues. The staff were very friendly and professional. The gentleman who takes your order is always lively and having a laugh with customers as hes taking the orders and preparing the orders. Theyre always giving out samples of their side food items especially their roasted spice potatoes which are really nice. We each ordered their chicken shawarma wrap and their own made lemonade drink. The chicken filling tasted really good had that nice spiced marinated tase and the meat came out soft. They top the filling with a choice of garlic and/or chilli sauce which isnt all that spicy in all honesty but does give that nice taste to it all. The lemonade nicely compliments the chicken shawarma. We went again yesterday and this time I ordered their falafel wrap and that was equally as good! Also this time I ordered a portion of their 4 lamb sambusaks, which is like Indian samosas but made without the Indian spices. I liked them (being a bengali person) as they had the natural cooked lamb taste and had a slight taste of some cooking spices. For £4.50 the shawarma wraps they serve up interms of taste and how big it is, I have seen other places charge around £9! The side items like the Sambusak was £2.50 and again worth the price! Highly recommended place to go for lunch, you wont be disappointed!!
