1 /5 C4LIBEE: It was my first time trying out this place. I asked the waiter behind the till what vegetables were in the vegetable fried rice. For some reason the waiter was astonished at my question, and began making ridiculous jokes, like mockingly pointing at the North Face logo on my jacket and asking “what’s this logo?”. Utterly ridiculous. In his head, he clearly thought he had made a witty remark. Anyway, the food was completely forgettable, low quality, and tasted like low level buffet food, whilst the decor and surfaces looked grimy and worn out.
Note for the business owner: disrespecting your customers at the front of house is a quick way to destroy your reputation and lose business. It’s clear that your waiters don’t respect your brand, lack pride in their job and need training.
