2 /5 Roberto Munoz de Miguel: We had a bit of a bumpy arrival as the restaurant didnt have our reservation in their system, which made for a slightly uncomfortable first few minutes.
​However, the experience was completely turned around by another team member who stepped in and took control of the situation. They were very professional, took a look at our confirmation, and assured us they would get it sorted. The food was okay, and they honored the discounted rate we had booked. Excellent service recovery after a confusing start!
