The cuts we picked were cooked perfectly and were a great deal. The staff really knew their stuff and were super helpful, giving us great cooking tips. You can tell theyre really proud of what they do. Were always so impressed with how fresh and tasty everything we buy is. We totally recommend this butcher if youre looking for top-notch meats. Were already excited for our next visit. Even our dog loves the meat...

5 /5 Winston: The Easter weekend was fast approaching and with work still being super busy, I was out & about doing firewood deliveries when I met a prospective customer who stopped to enquire about our Premium Quality Firewood. Following a quick chat, I found out that he was on his way to a Premium Quality Butchers, around the corner from our location in Wrythe Lane, Carshalton. I took down the details and made a beeline for Scott’s of Carshalton, where do I start? I am a self-appointed connoisseur when it comes to buying my meats and have tried out numerous butchers in London, ranging from the plethora of choices at the mecca of meat at Smithfield Market to family favourite independents all over the Capital. There is one thing that Scott’s does better than the rest in my humble opinion and that is Customer Service, I was greeted by big genuine smiles and even made a short video for their social media channel in the store, they were that friendly. I was after some pork ribs and sausages for the family Easter BBQ Smoking session, I was served by a young man who was tremendously knowledgeable and helpful and maintaining the pleasant, upbeat service that I love to receive in stores. I got some great ribs (which slow cooked amazing on the smoker) and sausages and great pictures of the Scott’s, Team……and yes, they are all saying Happy Easter!! In an age where high streets are increasingly dominated by anonymous chains and convenience stores, finding a traditional family-run butcher that delivers genuine quality, outstanding service, and that personal touch is something worth celebrating. Having been a regular customer for some time, I can say that Scott’s stands head and shoulders above not only supermarkets, but even many other independent shops I’ve tried. For me, the highlight has always been their steak baguette, which has become something of a ritual. I pop in regularly for one, and each time I’m reminded why it’s such a draw. The baguette itself is fresh and crusty on the outside while soft in the middle, a perfect vessel for the star of the show—the steak. The meat is consistently tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection with just the right balance of seasoning. It’s hearty and satisfying, but never greasy or heavy. Every bite is packed with flavour, and you can immediately taste the difference that quality butchery makes. 5 /5 Johanna Blight: Scotts provided the food for our wedding in August 2018, Alan and his team were absolutely amazing! From the start of the process Alan was just fantastic, what he has to offer was out of this world. He helped us tailor what he offers to create a menu that was perfect for us, always happy to tweak things if we wanted to suit our wedding. We had canapes and an exquisite BBQ for our relaxed festival style wedding, he was helpful and informative throughout, friendly and made it seem like nothing was too much of a problem. With the wedding being in the middle of land there was lots to try and get right in order to make sure they had all that they needed but again Alan made this seemless and worry free. On the day they set up and their outfit fitted with our desired feel. The food was delicious and plenty of it too, the main BBQ was incredible, a huge array of meat and gorgeous salads. We had so many people compliment us on the food and nearly everyone went up for seconds too. The staff were fabulous too, always with a smile and made sure everyone was served. We cant thank them enough for helping to make our special day so delicious! Thumbs up all round and we HIGHLY recommend them.
