5 /5 Matt Hobbs: Went for Sunday lunch at short notice today. Excellent service with nice cosy roaring open fire with relaxed country ambiance. Picture postcard quaint Sussex village setting. Good value Sunday roasts generously portioned with nice selection of sides. Recommended.

5 /5 MrsG: We had such a wonderful experience at The Bull. The food was absolutely delicious and every dish was full of flavour and clearly made with care. The service was exceptional and the staff were so warm, welcoming and attentive which made the whole visit feel extra special (it was our first wedding anniversary too!). Highly recommend if you want great food paired with genuinely lovely service. We will definitely be coming back :)

2 /5 Rob Foster: No welcome at the inn! During the Newick bonfire event on Nov 1st, we were asked to leave the bar area early, and had to stand outside in a chill drizzle. The beer prices were about £7/pint, which is robbery! We transferred to the nearby alternative pub, and were greeted properly with beer at normal prices.

5 /5 Kevin Russel: We recently enjoyed a lovely stay at this old inn. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely evening meal (Barnsley Chop and Salmon). Perfect location not to far from bluebell railway. Would stay here again .

4 /5 Stewart Woodruff: We stayed at the Bull for three nights the service in the pub was really good and the food excellent however the room left alot to be desired the mattress needed changing, the shower head kept falling down and the TV position was silly. However it was just somewhere to sleep.
