5 /5 S. Smith: My husband and I stayed here recently… And i may say this is one of the most loviest hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in. The food was absolutely devine (hold onto those chefs for as long as you can!) i had some lovely steak , the service was brilliant!! I was served by a lovely Sophie on the bar and she was just a doll. She made sure i had everything i needed as soon as i sat down. Everyone that i was served by had a huge smile on their faces, it was lovely to be served by such welcoming people! The rooms were clean and fresh, we had everything we needed.The hotel is very beautiful and feels as if it is in london, but it is not! Everyone was so welcoming I couldn’t be any happier. Thank you for the experience!

5 /5 Christine Christiansen: I was with a family dinner party in the evening where we all had an excellent meal. The following day a wake & that evening another family dinner. The food & service were of an exceptional standard. But the most obvious of all was on all three occasions a waitress who served us was just simply outstanding both in her approach to her job, her personality, her professionalism & all in all the service she gave. 5 /5 Adam Byallas: We had a fantastic time at the Copper Club in Hazelmere, made even better by our waitress, Amy. From the moment we sat down she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which instantly set the tone for a great Boxing Day afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble. Her service was prompt, professional, and delivered with a smile throughout. It’s rare to come across someone who so clearly enjoys what they do and makes customers feel truly looked after. Amy is a real credit to the Copper Club, and we’ll definitely be back because of the brilliant experience she helped create.

5 /5 Elliot Johnson: We had our family Xmas get together here. Amy was our waitress. She was attentive and took care of us throughout our meal. The food was lovely and we appreciate the staff being so accommodating of us in the garden pods in such dreadful weather. Thanks for a great time!
