the handlebar kitchen

The Handlebar kitchen - Oxfordshire

Rating: 4.4 /5
Andy Low We had a lovely brunch at The Handle Bar Kitchen in Oxford and truly enjoyed the experience overall. The service was superb — our waiter was very helpful, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, which really added to the pleasant atmosphere. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared, making it a great spot for a relaxed brunch. The cozy setting and welcoming staff created a warm and inviting vibe that we really appreciated. The only small downside was that the smell of the food lingered a bit, leaving a slight odour on our clothes and hair after we left. It didn’t spoil the experience, but it’s worth noting. All in all, a wonderful place with great food and excellent service — we’d definitely come back again! âž»

Martin Bridge A very smart inn/restaurant with a great view of the river. We stopped here on our Thames Path walk on a rainy day, a little wet and muddy, along with our dog. Only had a quick drink in the lovely bar (traditional oak beam & rustic) and dried ourselves out a little over a pint. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel at home. Many thanks!!

Bangkok House - Oxfordshire

Rating: 4.4 /5
Vadim Belenov Bangkok House is an absolute gem in Oxford. The moment you walk in, you feel the warmth of a place that is welcoming, genuine and focused on what really matters: incredible food and a relaxed atmosphere. No gimmicks, no pretence, just proper Thai cooking at its best. Every dish is packed with authentic flavour, perfectly balanced and beautifully cooked you can taste the freshness and passion in every bite. It’s the kind of food that instantly makes you want to come back. Stop wasting time at soulless Thai chain restaurants. If you haven’t tried Bangkok House yet, you are seriously missing out. This is the real deal and one of Oxford’s must-visit spots.
