Rachel Kohn Found this place on off chance after looking for country pubs in the area & very glad we did. Lovely food - let us order a pizza even tho it was 15 mins after it usually ended - was able to sit outside & enjoy the weather. Food was amazing - pizza was one of the best I’ve had in forever & my other half enjoyed his burger very much. Nice atmosphere, nice food, nice staff, very pretty setting & area… will happily go back when in the area!

Gerry Murray The pub is hidden away but worth the effort. Great view over the Thames. Had it been warmer I would have tried the balcony. Didnt eat there so no rating for food. The menu however looked very tempting.

Liam Donald Great English pub! We came in for lunch and a beer. The beer was good but the thai was better. While there the locals all showed up to watch a game of rugby on the big screens. It was a great atmosphere and everyone was very friendly. If Im ever back in the area Ill be sure to pop in for a quick pint.

Danny Dugdale I’m telling you now this place is ace! Stopped for a breakfast baguette, and this thing was loaded! Top quality meat. Great value for money. Absolutely delicious. Check SSC out, you will not regret it
