I hope you are well.
I wanted to share something that has been bothering me during my recent visits to your restaurant for order collection. There is a staff member working in the kitchen who seems to be in a managerial position (I’m not completely sure about his exact role).
Unfortunately, his behaviour has been very rude and unprofessional. He often uses inappropriate language and speaks in a disrespectful tone. On two or three occasions, when I arrived to collect an order, he immediately told me to cancel it and refused to hand it over, even though the order had already been accepted or prepared.
There have also been moments where he behaved aggressively and made offensive gestures, which made the situation very uncomfortable.
As a delivery driver, I always try to remain polite and professional. I simply expect the same level of respect in return. Because of these repeated incidents, my experience at your restaurant has been quite unpleasant.
I kindly request that you please look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure a respectful and professional environment for everyone.
