4 /5 Tiara Sivalingam: St Dunstan is such a beautiful and peaceful spot - perfect for taking a moment to rest and reflect after a lot of walking. The setting has a magical feel that reminded me a bit of Harry Potter, which made it even more special. There are lots of squirrels around! I’d suggest not feeding them, but it’s lovely to see them scurrying about. A quiet, charming spot that’s worth a visit when exploring London.

5 /5 Olac Coombs: What lively find tucked away behind fenchurch Street station. The now derelict Church, bombed during blitz, now stands as a beautiful garden in the middle of the city. Notable are the dozens of tame squirrels who will happily take nuts from your hands ( so take some nuts!). Its amazing to think that with the sky high value of land in the city, that something like Dunstan can exist.

The church is very quiet, and you can tell that it’s a local’s paradise, providing them with a peaceful escape. The area around the church offers a mix of greenery and gothic architecture, with some of the previous church remains still standing. It’s a small church, but it offers a tranquil atmosphere that transports you to another world. Even though you’re in the heart of London, you’ll feel like you’re in a different place. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape from the city, I highly recommend St. Dunstan in the East Church.

4 /5 Hilda N.: We went here two days ago and loved everything. The only thing that caught my eye was the contrast between the modern high-rises nearby and the (older) building itself. Also (in our opinion), the building looked a little larger in the photos than it actually is. Theres a sundial, a meadow, and lots of benches, which is a plus. :) You can also spot lots of very friendly squirrels and plump pigeons here. If youre nearby, I recommend taking a look and take some beautiful photographs.
