Felix Rodgers I had the curry goat with rice and peas, as well as mac and cheese, and a beef patty. The curry goat…honestly mind blowing!!!! My first time having it, and I’ll be having it a lot more from here. It tasted home cooked, with meat falling off the bone. Super juicy and succulent. The rice too had so much flavour. The Mac and Cheese was really tasty too. The patty didn’t have a lot beef in it but it was still super tasty, and only £2. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend anyone visiting Brixton to try this place out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Anj As soon as you walk in, the ambiance of the restaurant makes you feel relaxed. The waitress gave amazing service from start to finish. I only ordered the margarita pizza but it was perfection and the wine is lovely. Everything is affordable and I shall definitely be returning!

Natalie We had an absolutely fantastic time celebrating our UK wedding ceremony at Kaosarn. We’ve been coming here for years and have always loved the food and the vibe, so it felt like the perfect place to mark such a special occasion. As always, the Thai food was incredibly delicious – full of flavour and beautifully cooked – and the service was outstanding. The team are so attentive, warm and welcoming, and the BYOB is amazing, which made the whole celebration even more relaxed and fun. A huge special shout-out to Gisele, who truly went above and beyond to make our day extra special. She helped us choose our table in advance, laid it beautifully with our wedding decorations, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Gisele and the whole team are excellent and soooo friendly, which really makes Kaosarn stand out. We had the best time, and our family absolutely loved it too. Saverio Gwyn Fantastic food and good cocktails to pair with it. Excellent saké selection. All the fish is amazing and has plenty for those that don’t eat seafood too. Incredible catering for food intolerances, I cannot eat gluten, dairy or onions and the only dish they couldn’t alter to accommodate me was the katsu. Wonderful atmosphere but PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR TODDLERS HERE

Mohammed Islam I have been getting deliveries from Lara for some time and the food has been superb. If the food is that good after being delivered 15-20mins later imagine how good it will be dining in. So we decided to dine in and wow, what a great experience. There were five of us, parents, teen, child and toddler. The restaurant team made us feel welcome immediately. The gent received us (Mehmet) was a lovely person. The waiting staff also superb who made the entire experience very lovely. The food is outstanding. Fresh bread made in house, pide and lachmachun. All the dishes seasoned and cooked to perfection. As crazy as this sounds the shepherd salad which was prepared for us, was one of my highlights. Their doner tastes better and different to a general kebab house, also their rice they serve is lovely. Not your easy cook rice, lovely long grain, buttery and with vermicelli. It’s the simple stuff done right and better that makes all their dishes. Prices are reasonable for good quality. In this area you may not expect such quality, but it’s better to pay a little extra to get such good quality. Found my new favourite Turkish
