He was always looking around to see if anyone needed help, staying attentive without being overbearing. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly loves their job, and Carlos is one of those people.
He honestly looks like management material — professional, warm, and completely on top of everything. Nando’s needs more people like him: genuine, kind-hearted, and proactive.
What really stood out was how he treated my little 2-year-old. He gave her a coloring book just to put a smile on her face, and that small gesture meant a lot to us. It showed real thoughtfulness.
