My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves, everything was well prepared and thought out (no washing up), great menus to choose from and the food was delicious. 5 /5 Cate Conmy: We had such a wonderful and scrumptious time cooking a Malaysian meal with Fran! My partner and I are adventurous cooks and eaters and have taken several cooking classes before, so we werent sure how much we would learn. As it turned out, this class was one of the best we have ever taken, and we were introduced to two ingredients we had never heard of before and got some new ideas for techniques! Moreover, the food was delectable and interesting. I have had friends from overseas visiting recently so Ive had several meals out--the one I cooked with Fran was miles better than anything I ate in a restaurant! Fran was fun company and a great, upbeat teacher. I recommend wholeheartedly
