Tuvana Everything was amazing. The food was delicious and fresh. But most importantly, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming with their genuine smiles. Even though we arrived 15 minutes earlier than our reservation, they kindly seated us at a wonderful table without any problem. I’m sure that even on a busy day or at a busy time, they would still do their best to accommodate us. Thank you very much to everyone, and especially to the gentleman who welcomed us at the door. ♥️♥️

Lucy Patey Came to the Balmoral on the evening of the 19th January for my birthday with my Mum & Daughter. Within a couple of minutes of arriving I was given a lovely gin selection box & card for my birthday. A really lovely touch I wasn’t expecting. Our waitresses were Charlotte & Rhianna. They both provided impeccable service with nothing being too much trouble. My daughter has a nut allergy and Charlotte promptly cleared her napkin & cutlery giving her new, hand washed cutlery as per the allergy contamination rules. A fab touch I’ve not seen anywhere else. We all enjoyed our meals which were yummy. Charlotte & Rhianna then sung me happy birthday while bringing the puddings. A really lovely evening made perfect by such fabulous service! Please ensure both ladies receive the recognition they deserve! :)

Kieron Thomson-Turnage Really kind and helpful staff, showing us through the menu and bringing our food out to us once it was ready to take away. The wrap was gorgeous and plentiful for the price. The only thing to note was the clientele seemed to mostly be hen do type groups. Which didnt fit the vibe of the bar, but looked like they were enjoying themselves!

Alan Swain Went with friends for a festive menu meal. It was really excellent. The Pork belly was perfect, also the Salmon & traditional Xmas dinner. Atmosphere was very Xmassy with the open fire on the bar area. Great decorations & felt very festive. Great service from our server, she was really friendly.

Dill Jones A class act. been coming here for my regular coffee treat and the odd lunch or event over the years, and while I don’t usually write reviews, Saturdays visit deserves my time here. I have gotten to know the team over the years and they have every bit of integrity and professionalism you want in your favourite haunt. I go back time and time again because I trust the team here. Saturday it seemed the whole world descended onto the beach and the lovely team were doing the usual runs. I sat and enjoyed the brilliant views, a glass of vino and waited (a little longer than usual) for my fish finger sandwich. Bliss! The wait doesn’t matter much when you have a sunny Saturday afternoon off, views like they have and a cold glass of wine. As I said I have gotten to know the team over the years, and I could see they were feeling a little defeated. Please remember… we are all going through a hard economic time right now. Hospitality is tough especially. If we want to keep enjoying these fantastic local spots, we owe it to the staff to give them grace and we owe ourselves a little less self importance and a lot more perspective. Keep it up all. Looking forward to my next coffee and fish sarnie!

Mitchell Majcher Fantastic restaurant. Amazing for gluten free. I got the onion rings, a burger, and fries - yes, all of which were gluten free for a celiac. All were exceptional. The fries are fantastic with the herby flavour they add to them - they’re not just plain with sauce. Gluten free onion rings are very difficult to find & they were unreal. Burgers were solid as well. For anyone stopping in Windsor and if you like burgers, you will not be disappointed.
