Paradise cove Battersea - (Near Lambeth, london)

Justin Mallett Mine and my wife’s first time here. It didn’t disappoint. Location is great. Views lovely. Service exceptional. Food really good. But. When paying the bill I asked if the service charge was added, which it was but was informed that the owner (He was eating there with his family at the time) keeps it!? I’m not one to pass judgement but I’m hoping the staff get bonuses if they’re not getting the tips as they were great.

Sohan & Othora A great new spot with a warm atmosphere and flavourful, well-prepared dishes. The menu is focused, the service is friendly and attentive, and everything feels thoughtfully done. Definitely worth a visit and likely to become a local favourite.

Julie Wilkie Davide was amazing. Had several pasta dishes and they were all so good with wine. Such an amazing experience. Off the beaten path. A great time to eat, drink, and chill.

edmund price My first taste of west African food, the jollof was very nice, but personally I wish that it would be served with a separate side of yoghurt to balance out the spiciness. The spice was a bit of a surprise to me. Atmosphere was wonderful, reminds me of a pannier market sort of atmosphere, even struck up conversations with complete strangers, that was nice. For London it is cheap, about 14 quid a meal. Though that being said, in other parts of the UK you could get a good Sunday roast for £14, is it equal to me to a roast dinner? no, but I imagine that many west Africans in London could enjoy this taste of home made for them, without the effort I imagine it takes to do yourself. I suppose its worth trying at least once, because like me in my situation visiting the city from a rural backwater, it is worth seeing what the world has to offer

J Jeje DF N Family oriented, family run, friendly , polite, professional. Lovely food, lovely drinks, lovely reastaurant. Owner super polite atentive and all staff as well.
