5 /5 Lucy Allan: I have been to Queens a number of times and had a consistently superb experience. The service is always excellent- warm, knowledgeable and welcoming staff who are happy to guide you through anything thats new on the menu. The food has always been exceptional and feels as though it has been prepared with real passion and care. I have enjoyed sweet and sharp ceviche, rich pigeon with butternut squash, chargrilled romanesco, which was was a surprise and a complete delight, not to mention their famous beetroot manti (Turkish dumplings); tiny, soft and sweet parcels, like the best tortellini youve ever had. What an asset to Camberwell, long may it last!

5 /5 Olivia Steliou: Not sure I have ever given a 5 star review to even my most favorable restaurants. This place is truly exceptional yet modest (basic unpretentious plywood decor with the focus on food). The staff gave a warm welcome despite us not having a reservation on a Friday evening. They broke their backs to squeeze the three of us into the packed out space. The menu at first may seem a bit samey, lots of fashionable middle eastern fair but every dish we ordered was unbelievably refined. The flavour pairings are absolute genius. And the beetroot dish is a definite must. Ill be back there in a flash. Ambience: 5, Food: 5+++++, Service: 5.

5 /5 Justine Craston: I’ve thoroughly enjoyed a couple of evening meals here before but the highlight has to be the lunch for 30 people they agreed to put on for me for my birthday last weekend. The food was absolutely exquisite: slow roasted lamb shoulder, flat peach and goat’s cheese, cured salmon with multi coloured baby tomatoes, roasted Romanesco cauliflower… everything looks beautiful and the portions are extraordinarily generous, the service relaxed and brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend their orange wine! They catered to different food requirements with expert attention to detail and everyone left feeling thoroughly well fed and satisfied. It is an absolutely brilliant addition to the already excellent local restaurant scene and I would dine there time and time again.

5 /5 Ben: An excellent meal. Just the right balance between interest and satisfaction, while often being the sort of dishes you couldnt quite cook yourself. The food is gutsier than the menu suggests, with bold flavours and spot-on seasoning. There is balance, as well, such that you will leave feeling you have been both pleased and well nourished. Lovely atmosphere, softly lit, music the right volume, such that you feel more relaxed than the unfinished plywood tables might otherwise promote. Wine list is short and well chosen for the food the kitchen prepares- each is good of its type, and fairly priced.

5 /5 Denise Williams: Queens Camberwell catered my sons 30th birthday party. The food was impeccable. They came and set up the most wonderful selection of both hot and cold food, laid it all out immaculately and then came and took it away when we were finished. They were so accommodating for all the different dietary requirements and the quality of the dishes was outstanding. They really made the party. So good in fact that Ive asked them to come and cater my next birthday party! Couldnt recommend them more highly.
