Rosa Bustamante ⸻ I had a wonderful night on my birthday. The food was delicious, and most importantly, they were attentive at all times to a guest with multiple allergies, which we truly appreciated. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the kindness of both the owner and the waitstaff exceeded our expectations. It is definitely a highly recommended place to celebrate a special occasion.

J Tashi “TJ” I stumbled upon Mimi’s Kitchen Eat-In and Takeaway for a late lunch, and I’m so glad I did. The food selection was impressive—fresh, well displayed, and ready to go. I had the Jollof rice (absolutely divine) and the “fish platter”, which was perfectly seasoned and sweet, tender plantain. I also tried a bit of my friend’s moinmoin and it was DELICIOUS. (I literally want it right now.) The customer service was lovely too—the server was kind & mindful when my friend asked if the Jollof and moinmoin had been cooked with any meat, as she’s veggie. It’s always appreciated when staff are considerate about dietary requirements. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to make the drink options and their prices a little easier to view—it would make adding a drink to your meal a bit more effortless. But honestly, that’s the only (tiny) thing. All in all, a perfect lunch find!

Ashraf Ali Had a fantastic experience at Elvet Steakhouse. The food was absolutely excellent – the steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavour. The presentation of the dishes was also very impressive and you can really see the care that goes into the food. A special mention to Tony, who looked after us brilliantly. His customer service was outstanding – very attentive, friendly and professional throughout the evening. The rest of the staff were also great and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with great food, excellent service and a very professional team. Highly recommend and definitely deserving of a 5-star review. Looking forward to visiting again!

Darren Such a warm homely feeling in this Pub. A Very comforting and relaxing atmosphere. The building is beautiful from the outside and inside the seating and furnishings are to a high standard. Food is on par and on a level you’d expect for the price. A lovely Pub and definitely recommended.

Uday Koduru Had the pleasure of visiting this place during a rest stop on a couple of my journeys recently. Loved their karak chai, Biryani (veg and chicken) options - also loved how friendly the staff are during our interactions. Do plan to visit this place again during my next visit to this services.

Jane dawn Smith Stopped by for breakfast and coffee and was seriously impressed. The food was delicious, and the coffee was honestly the best I’ve had in a long time. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming great customer service really makes a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back
