1 /5 Dana Howell: Guys I’m extremely angry right now! I went into the Tottenham Court Road Zizzi yesterday and had such an amazing time that I felt like ordering a spaghetti bolognaise from the Romford branch tonight as a late night comfort snack. I ordered two. I even called the restaurant to ask that the Parmesan be sprinkled and for some olive oil on the side. I should have know this would end up badly because the person I spoke to wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence. Sounds like they were rushing to leave! The pasta arrived and it is like mash potatoes. So mushy and overcooked. Stick together etc. I can’t even call to complain because the phone just rings and rings. I’m so annoyed. Literally spent £33 on this. Seems like the Romford branch needs to fix up because it’s reflecting very badly on the franchise. I won’t be ordering again and I want my money back tbh because i essentially just paid for rubbish and to be vexed before bed. I’m honestly not eating this! I’ll be going into Zizzi Romford tomorrow and asking for my money back. I’ll be seeing you guys tomorrow as soon as you open. The absolute cheek!
