1 /5 J H: We bought a huge wholesale order of stock and provided the keys to our unit for delivery and they left the stock outside the unit in the weather where rodents could freely gain access to it and eventually it was collected as we refused the order as it violated health and safety. Their argument was that they had not been able to get the keys to the driver on time. They then tried to bill us for the order and refused to discuss the bill until it had been paid so we never ordered again. In one transaction they lost a customer with an average spend of £65-100k. Small minded business with dangerous practices and clear lack of understanding in food hygiene practices.

1 /5 Anna Baczmanska: I ordered 9 different polish cakes for xmas and today we tried 2 out of 9. Snickers doesnt taste like snickers just sponge cake with bit of cream and oreo was tasteless. Wonder about the rest of cakes but generally Im Not happy at all. Waste of money

Staff is not happy give manager contact number as a small shop i am not Happy with Service they naver reply emails. they will keep email for blocking account but if i will not get email how do we pay. Hi all, Again Again same issue polish village breads very Poor service and breads quality is not great some time breads go off before date expired and Last sat they have delivered breads half of items missing and they are keep chasing for money what ever they delivered paid for that they dont understand credit note and previously they did same thing they asked to me pay and didnt send credit note. This breads company is cheater.

5 /5 Supersupergirl: Polish Village Bread Ltd is really good and helpful especially their website. They have their cakes and bakery in English which really tells a thousand words when you are new to Polish bakery and really want to try.
