Premier Inn London Kew Bridge hotel - (Near Hounslow, South East)

5 /5 Kieran Griggs: Regular stayer. Pretty much faultless. The rooms are spotless and the housekeeping ladies do an excellent job turning a room around even in busy times. Front of house is a bit dated now but the service provided by the staff is excellent very happy to accommodate even the most tiresome of visitors. Nothing is too small or big for all the staff who are very attentive and have a great positive attitude. Jesvil is very good as the manager, and has his staff/colleages are a tribute to him. Great team. Ultimate Wi-Fi is faultless too.

2 /5 Ellis Butler: Overall, the room was a good size, comfortable, and quiet at night, and the location worked well for getting around London. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, which is obviously important. That said, the condition of the room really let the stay down. All four walls had noticeable scuffs and marks, including marks on the ceiling, and there was visible damage to the desk. The windowsill was also in a bit of disrepair, and the air conditioning unit was visibly dusty. I also found a small hair on the bed, which wasn’t great to see on arrival. The main issue for me was the door, which didn’t lock properly and required a bit of an awkward routine to get it to bolt. When you’re staying on your own, you want to feel confident that your door is secure, and this didn’t really give that reassurance. I also paid for the upgraded WiFi, but it kept disconnecting and was unreliable throughout my stay. None of these things on their own completely ruined the stay, but together they gave the impression that the room hadn’t been properly checked or maintained before I arrived. With better attention to cleaning and maintenance, this would easily be a much better experience. It wasn’t a bad stay overall, but it didn’t quite live up to what I’d expect, and I think there’s definitely room for improvement.

4 /5 Adrian: Had a lovely stay here! Hotel is admittedly starting to show slight signs of wear and tear compared to other Premier Inns Ive stayed at in the past, but on the flip side, it is also VERY competitively priced. Minor imperfections are also easily ignored when each and every single member of staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the location for our visit to Kew Gardens and Richmond.

5 /5 Clytie Smith: Just had a fabulous weekend at Premier Inn Kew Bridge. The rooms are spotless and housekeeping pleasant and polite. Breakfast was brilliant, anything and everything you could want. Replenished regularly and dirty crockery cleared immediately. Reception, especially the manager, were so good. Helping us to catch the correct bus to Kew and later sorting a taxi for us. I would also recommend The Black Dog just down the little road opposite the hotel. Amazing Sunday lunch. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

5 /5 Helena L: This hotel is much nicer than I expected. It was quiet from our top floor room. Our room was spacious and well designed. We slept well. In the morning we walked across the Kew Bridge to the Kew Gardens, which was a relatively pleasant and short walk (around half an hour strolling). There are a couple of nice pubs and restaurants around.
