Helen Seward-Porter We use this pub on a regular basis. The service is exceptional and the team members are very attentive. Especially LUCIAN, who is so good at his job and has a smile for every customer. Currently The Griffin is decorated for Christmas and looks very festive and also there is a wonderful real fire burning every day and evening which creates a lovely atmosphere.

E “Bookworm2017” We had a lovely meal here. Our server, Holly, was so lovely, friendly, and polite, she really made us feel welcome. It’s a really nice pub with a great atmosphere, and the food was excellent. The ribs were the best we’ve had anywhere, absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The pizza was perfect and the pork belly very nice. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and brilliant service.

Tyler Robert (so 2 years on) Happy to see the place back after its abrupt closure a while back. Food as good as I remember and service as on point as always. Looking forward to going back again and again to enjoy it.

C Taylor What a beautiful spot! Such a lovely atmosphere and vibe, from the decor to the staff to the music volume. Food is beyond 10/10. So many lovely options, feels incredibly fresh and is so tasty. The wraps are very generous in size too! Wonderful drink options, especially alcohol free options. Wheelchair accessible with plenty of of space to sit too. Can’t recommend enough.

v p.a. Delicious food and very attentive service! Satay chicken skewers are a must along with, duck spring rolls. We also enjoyed the beef massaman curry We went to celebrate my husband birthday and they kindly brought a tasty chocolate desert with a candle!! Very much appreciated! Thanks so much!
