3 /5 Doug Mitchell: Distinctly average. Nothing bad about the place but nothing great about it either. Have both dined in and had takeaway; nothing to complain about - excellent service and fast delivery. The food is just really mediocre. Does the job but only just. It is however very good value for money. So if you want half decent standard fare for a good price e.g. post-pub, then this place is a good bet

5 /5 Caroline Beaumont-Brown: Lovely little restaurant, fabulous food which tasted delicious. Reasonably priced. The service was excellent and even though I split my drink they didn’t charge me for it when they could have. So thank you. I highly recommend this place.

5 /5 Edward Barth: This was our first experience at Bengal Brasserie. We ordered take away. Everything was still very hot when I arrived home with the food. We had 1 onion bhaji, 1 lamb samosa, 1 order of the chicken tikka masala, and 1 lamb ginger. Everything was AMAZING! Hard to pick a favorite out of any of them. Though I didnt dine in, the inside of the restaurant was also immaculate. Servers in vests and ties. Tables set perfectly with white tablecloth and red on top. A rose on each table. I arrived a few minutes before my food was ready and had the chance to speak with Abdul, who told me all about the history of the restaurant (open since 1986) which i also greatly enjoyed. All in all amazing first experience and cannot wait to try again!
