Joel Miller Stopped by The Phoenix recently and it’s genuinely one of the better bars I’ve been to around this area — easily deserves 5 stars. The place has a really easygoing feel to it. It’s lively enough to have a good atmosphere, but still chilled so you can actually relax and enjoy yourself. It just feels like a proper local spot where you’re comfortable straight away. Big shoutout to Sam as well — Sam was the best server there. He was absolutely amazing the whole time we were there. Really friendly, quick to help, and just made everything run smoothly without any fuss. Service like that honestly makes such a difference to your night. Another big plus is the prices. For London, they’re very good, and you actually feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. All in all, great vibes, great value, and standout service from Sam. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tried 3 different dishes and cannot fault a single one, everything on the menu looked so tasty if we ever back in the area will definitely be coming back. Such a warm and cosy environment, you would think this is a family run business. The reviews do not do this place justice.

DH Good value for money. Quick and easy service. You order at the till and food is on your table. We tried the fish meal and the ÂŁ7 burger meal. Burger was delicious and tasted like a home-made BBQ burger. Fish was really nicely cooked too! They also have tons of sauces for you. Seats are comfortable and atmosphere is pleasant for short/longer stays. Only thing Id recommend would be to have menus on the tables.

Lucy Brook Ive been here many times over the years, usually to sit in and eat, one of my favourite places for delicious turkish food. Chicken shish is a favourite along with the rice. Has a nice atmosphere, great photographs on the walls, and decor with a friendly service. Highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed the food!!! Especially the chorizo tortilla, red wine meatballs, and sizzling prawns! Couldn’t recommend the place enough! Thank you for an incredible evening ♄

The meat is excellent: high-quality cuts, perfectly seasoned, and the cooking is always exactly as requested. If you go, I definitely recommend trying the “Guido’s Grill” — mix grill . It is a great way to taste what the place does best. Overall, a fantastic spot for anyone who loves grilled meat and wants a genuine Bolivian touch.
