5 /5 Summer Wu: Clean and quiet! We had a room with 2 queen beds and was very spacious. Bathroom was spacious as well! Super friendly receptions. Love the buffet style breakfast.

3 /5 Roya D: Food was very poor. Toasted sandwich was dry and missing ingredients. Burger was overcooked and cheap ingredients. Staff were great and drinks were good. Just needs more attention on the bar food.

5 /5 Mark Fogarasi: Hottest day in Londons history.The air conditioning was not keeping up The maintenance man Jason came in and tuned up the a/c and brought us a fan. Awesome experience, friendly and kind service Especially from Jason. Thank you.

2 /5 Mree Mitt: Lot is issues with service and not good food at all. Didnt honour the reservation and looked flummoxed. Waiter was not making any eye contact and took ages to take order and bring food. Food was not good with no salt and old veggie. Not something you would see at a Hilton. Added gratuity by themselves. Would not recommend this place.

2 /5 Conners Susan “Taken2thedarkside”: Went here with my partner for a activity superstore gift someone had bought us as a present for dinner. When we arrived after our long journey we had to use the toilet facilities, shock horror to find the disabled ( only women toilet) was absolutely disgusting. Paper towels everywhere and ladies toiletries. I had to speak to the receptionist and she got onto it straight away. ( toilet was cleaned) but first impression it was a bit late. Once we was shown to our table we were given a very basic menu choice. I ordered the seabass which to be told they didnt have but gave me a choice of different fish, the food came and my partners chicken was very dry from the off, but the salmon was lovely. Soup was nice for starters and dessert for my partner was lovely. Staff were great and welcoming. Just too basic menu choice and would have preferred the main menu and paid extra if needed and not worth the money, had better.
