4 /5 Rain Yan: Decent Thai food - flavorful dishes that were served warm, all dishes roughly at the same time, and shortly after ordering.
The curries were aromatic, creamy, and packed with a balance of vegetables and meat. The banana tree curry was both creamy and refreshing with citrus undertones, only slightly runny when paired with the rice. Pad Thai was flavorful, the noodles well-separated, and prawns were not rubbery. We also got chicken skewers to share - the meat was juicy, tender, and nicely roasted.
The floor was rather short staffed the day we went so the staff forgot to bring water for the table on multiple occasions until the end. They were quite friendly and enthusiastic however, trying their best to attend to different customers and even explained to us certain menu specials and offers (e.g., kids eating free on Sundays). Their kids menu also had actual meals like meats with rice and some cucumber sticks.
Moderate noise levels and able to have conversations. They also have bench seats that can comfortably accommodate for big groups (5+ people).
Overall a decent Thai food experience and nice place for families to share dishes.
