Suhel Ahmed Top Class family run Indian / Bangladeshi takeaway in South Croydon CR2. Food is always fresh, consistent and piping hot... Guy on the telephone is mega polite and always remembers your order too... Delivery guys are friendly and always spend a few minutes asking about your life and holidays... Reasonably priced, good quality, well established (+15 years!) and local! 10/10

Victoria Buccellato Came for a date night, we ordered a sharing meat platter between 2. Personal favourite was the fillet steak and sirloin cut. The other 2 cuts not as nice, But that’s personal opinions. Came with two sides ( chips and mash for us. Delicious! ) Our waitress Amber, did a fantastic job. Thankyou for the lovely evening. Gareth Walford The worst meal I have ever eaten anywhere in my life! I found both pork and shrimps in my Tom yum soup despite neither being on the list of ingredients. The pad Thai was completely inedible and went directly into the bin. The only thing worst than the food from this restaurant is having to deal with “customer service” at Deliveroo who are the most useless human beings to ever be tasked with resolving an issue.

Dan Szarmach Stopped in for lunch on Christmas Eve, great atmosphere and service, and amazing food. Greeted warmly by Lynn and Gareth, then helped out by Valentin and Stefan. Started with the fig Negroni, sweetbreads, scallops, the core fried chicken, and the venison salami. All were great. Then the fish and chips and toad in a hole, both were on another level. For dessert custard tart and soft serve, it was the best ice cream I’ve ever had and the honey in it delectable! A very memorable Christmas Eve, also got to meet Gary the head chef what a delight!

Lesley Cole I always enjoy my time at The Barn and last night was no different. Greeted with a smile and friendly attitude. Introduced to our waitress who took our drinks order. Great atmosphere. Lovely staff who made time to speak to us rather than walk on by. Didn’t wait long for food to be served. No complaints with food or service. All round fantastic night.

Matthew Aleandri Ive lived in Sutton for years, but I had never been here before! Which is odd, because I love Thai food! I went eventually went here one Saturday evening with some friends, and the overall experience was positive! For my starter, I went for the deep-fried calamari for £7.95. They were fantastic! There was a good amount, and they werent chewy or hard, and the batter was crispy and light! The perfect starter! For my main, I chose the chicken Massaman (£13.95) and coconut rice (£4.95) to go with it...again a lovely dish! The curry was creamy, flavoursome, and went down a treat with the generous portion of coconut rice, which wasnt too sweet. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, even though I felt it was a bit pricey...especially the rice. The staff were friendly and helpful, so if you enjoy Thai food, then this is definitely worth a visit! ;)
