5 /5 Doriann Lugo: We had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Chutney House! From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the beautiful decor, which perfectly set the stage for an elegant yet cozy evening. The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and perfectly timed.
To start, they brought out a small chef’s compliment of toasted pita-like bread. Then came the poppadom with delicious sauces - a mango chutney (delicious) and a mint sauce with the option to add red onion. A great way to begin the meal!
We ordered a starter called Torki Chat. It was a burst of flavors and was very unique. Highly recommend!
For our mains, I had the butter chicken and my fiance had the Rogan Josh. We added a garlic rice, plain basmati rice and garlic naan. Everything was outstanding! Full of flavor and the perfect amount of spice. A previous review mentioned the portions being small, but I found them to be just right. Everything was perfectly balanced, and we left completely satisfied, with happy bellies and lingering flavors that we’re still thinking about.
If you’re in Windsor and craving top-notch Indian cuisine in a gorgeous setting, this place is a must-visit!
