5 /5 Nel Kerai: Absolutely fantastic food. Every dish had a twist with different inventive sauces providing a great variety of rich flavours, without heavy creaminess. Ice cream cone chaat and candy floss dessert delivered playfulness and originality. Grand yet homely interior with nostalgic memorabilia giving it a comfortable feel. Service was 10/10 with food orders arriving quickly and our waiter was very attentive and informative. A memorable celebratory experience.

5 /5 Aashita Mirwani: The food was the best I have EVER tried in London. The lamb chops were flavourful and tender, worth every penny. The masala was on point and not unecessarily spicy. The chicken tikka was also tender and had the correct amount of spices, the coriander chutney that accompanied it gave it a tangy kick. For mains, we ordered the lamb biryani, which honestly didnt need any curry on top. It was well cooked and the portion sizes were generous for all dishes. Quite a few lamb pieces in it, which is always good to see. The dish we expected more from was the Memsaab chicken, even thought it delivered the rich creaminess, it lacked a wow factor. Naans and desserts were good. The place was gorgeous, looked straight out of a fairytale book and gave all the palace vibes. The grand chandelliers, the mood lighting, the cutlery, the detailed doors and carpets, just magical. I will deffo return to Colonel Saab!

4 /5 KK: We visited Colonel Saab at Trafalgar Square on a Sunday afternoon for lunch to celebrate a birthday, and it was a wonderful experience for our family of four. We chose the three-course meal, and every course impressed us. The Anglo-Indian Chicken Chop was the clear highlight among the starters—perfectly cooked, flavourful, and truly memorable. For the mains, Colonel Saab’s Butter Chicken was rich and comforting, while the Prawn Moilee stood out for its delicate balance of spices and coconut flavours. To finish, the Chakka Varattiyathu Tart was an absolute delight—an inventive and delicious dessert that rounded off the meal beautifully. Excellent food, a warm ambience, and a great choice for a special family celebration. Highly recommended.

4 /5 BLIBIB x Beast: Colonel Saab feels like a luxury Indian dining experience. The atmosphere is unmatched with the whole restaurant decorated to the maximum in Indian culture. The food is amazing, with flavours exploding in your mouth. There’s a good variety of choices and cool unique twists to some classic dishes. The staff are very friendly. The lassi is phenomenal. Understandably the dishes are on the expensive side. Overall this is great as a one off or special occasion. I highly recommend
