What Clients Are Saying Four Seasons (Jasmine Garden) (GG)
1 /5 M675: Ok reviews on Deliveroo but the food was pretty poor. Dry chicken, rice wasn’t really fried or seasoned. Spring rolls were burnt and soggy.
1 /5 Audrey Lang: Have not even tasted the food yet as they got our order wrong (even after we called in advance to confirm it would be possible the way we wanted). I called to ask if they could fix it. They offered to either send a new one or refund it, and I asked them to send a new one, which they only agreed to do after I argued with the manager I was speaking to for a long time about the situation. He said the chef might not have read the note we added about allergens--I said that was why Id called ahead of time and confirmed it would be possible. He said it would be an additional 30-40 minutes; I tend to think that if you get an order wrong, it would be in your best interest to try and speed up the process of correcting that order.
1 /5 Chris: Disgusting food and terrible service.
We used Four Seasons Garden (trading under Jasmine Garden) on Deliveroo and received this as Chinese Ribs. Aside from smelling horrific the item had no sauce and little meat. I called and spoke to them and was given the worst example of customer service I have had.
I will not use this takeaway again and based off my experience would suggest anyone reading this takes their business elsewhere.
1 /5 Vincent Engelen: Worst experience ever after waiting for 1,5 hour for my delivery to come via Just eat, my rice arrived cold and with raw Prawns, and the lemon chicken I ordered came in a sweet red coloured sauce ... Something I can definitely deny to be lemon ...
As reviews are saying: AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID ....
RAW PRAWNS CAN BE A MAJOR CAUSE OF FOOD POISONING;!!!
CamillaS CamillaS I went to Libbys twice in the morning (at opening time) to buy some brunch stuff and the selection was great! Croissants, pain au chocolat, pizza-croissants, almond-croissant, hazelnut pain au chocolat.... You name it! Great croissant dough, a bit on the expensive side (3 pastries for 12 pounds), but its something you need to splurge on to experience at least once!
Erika Binosa Tucked away inside a pretty hotel, Halia has some of the most delicious, authentic Malaysian food I’ve tried! All three dishes we ordered (curry laksa, shrimp mee + rending (I think)) were delicious.
I got a lemon ice tea and it was really tasty too, not too sweet but very flavourful, you can taste the fresh lemon! The staff were really friendly and nice too.
If you’re coming here in winter, stay a little further away from the door since it can get a little chilly- that’s all! Great experience. Found it through a food influencer called @samaspeaks_
Rosa Yates I live 1 minute down the road from curry cottage yet didn’t know about it and I am so annoyed I didn’t find about about it sooner because the food is amazing!! Really well priced curry’s for how amazing they are!
If you live near you it’s worth picking up the food as it is cooked so quickly and they give you a free beer or soft drink if you pick up. Couldn’t recommend it more
Robyn Lewis Really good vibes, well priced food. Brilliant onion rings and aubergine cheese sandwich. The deep fried aubergine and cheese steak spring rolls were a highlight. The nachos were good/ok. The quesadilla was nice unless you got a bit with a pretty big birds eye chilli, in which case it was sooo spicy! The mozzarella sticks were quite disappointing and didnt taste of anything. But overall, we will be back!
