3 /5 Cheryl P: Great seating area away from the main door, music nice and service was great. The fish was huge and extremely tasty the chips were dry though.

3 /5 Dan Leal: Start with the positive the price is very good. It was £ 10 for the medium fried Cod for takeaway. The negative it was very tasting at best. More batter than fish. I think this restaurant has seen better days as they were out of many of the items on the menu. A very mid place

5 /5 Amina Ishaq Khan: Came from a long journey so was looking for a fish n chip shop for a takeaway however my husband spotted this restaurant and as we were so tired preferred to eat in. A lovely small restaurant, wasn’t so busy inside but takeaway was busy. I love Fish n chips and always moan about portions being so small … Well.. not this restaurant the cod was bigger then the plate and chips were more than enough! Service was good.. there were lots of healthier options on the menu .. but if you want a lovely battered cod then do try this place … cod was fresh!

4 /5 Roger Higginson: I regularly buy fish and chips to take away from Friends, and have been doing so over several years. The staff are very friendly, the service is excellent, and the quality and size of the fish and chips is very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

1 /5 Jackie Clarke: On more than one occasion now we have been disappointed to find an item missing from the bag when we got home and a family member going without their meal. Particularly annoying to be charged for food that wasn’t in put in the bag. We accepted that mistakes happen the first time but we won’t be visiting again.
