5 /5 Irfan Hussain Ansari: “I had a wonderful experience at Gurkha’s Inn. The food was absolutely delicious — full of authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout the evening. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. I highly recommend trying their signature Nepalese dishes — they are outstanding. A hidden gem in London that I’ll definitely be returning to!”
5 /5 Scottieboyuk: This was simply put, excellent!
One of the best Indians we have had, highly recommended.
Such a friendly place to go, you get a lovely welcome and once you have paid your bill you get a drink of your choice on the house.
Wow, thats service!
4 /5 Priscilla Shaw: We were on the neighborhood and run into this indian restaurant...pretty good food, excellent service and amazing prices.
We went pretty early so it was quiet.
5 /5 Leaburn: Was quiet when I went but the food tasted good and the value was great. Service was very welcoming. The mono are delicious in particular.
Ben Sherwood Food was very good. Jollof rice was smoky and well spiced, the beef suya was also delicious. My Nigerian wife was very happy with the food
Rik Page This is a little gem of a restaurant not yet fully discovered but still busy, so get in quick before you can’t. I have to apologise for the photos, the food was so tasty that we kept tucking in and then thinking oops I forgot to take a picture.
Jahidul Islam Boithok is a must-visit if you’re in the Upton Park food court. The chicken momos were excellent, and the fuchka was amazing. Unfortunately, their most popular dish—duck bhuna with chaler ruti—was sold out, but that just gives us a reason to come back. Don’t forget to grab a cup of their great tea from the yard before leaving. A very warm and welcoming place where you instantly feel at home.
George Isted My partner and I wanted somewhere a little bit special for our anniversary dinner and Tern delivered and more. A fantastic experience from arrival to leaving with friendly attentive staff and pleasant surroundings. We enjoyed the 5 course (+ cheese) menu and it can only be described as excellent. An amazing fusion and balance of delicate flavours (especially the halibut which was exquisite) that would be hard to beat and worthy of Michelin star restaurants I have visited in the past. Thanks so much for making it a wonderful visit including the extra’s provided for our anniversary. It was appreciated and I can’t wait to come back to see what is on the menu next time!
If there was any criticism I would say the lighting above the tables was a little bright for a relaxed evening setting.
aaron reichert One of the best habesha restaurants I have ever been too. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. The food delicious and space to play billiards or watch the games. This place is awesome.
Ranjit Singh Great food and great vibes. We ordered Murgh tikka masala, mix grill platter, paneer lababdar and their signature dhaba chicken. All the dishes were perfect, tasty and perfect. This restaurant really reflects the taste of Punjab and North Indian Cuisine. We will be back for sure. Love the decor, cocktails and service.
