1 /5 R S: It’s always this Nando’s that has poor customer service and poorly trained staff. It was very quiet yesterday and it took me 15 minutes to place an order for food with only 1 person in the queue. There was around 4 staff members behind the till not busy, a manager sitting on a tablet and a lady manager walking around clueless.
After 10 minutes of waiting to order I asked the lady manager in red if someone can serve me as I’ve been waiting 10 minutes she didnt responded and said 1 minute with her finger. After waiting another 5 minutes the lady serving at the till decided she cannot serve anymore and started refilling the cutlery and I had to ask staff to serve me. This is very bad customer service and it’s always like this in this store.
Nobody came to check up on me and ask if I needed anything and how was my food which is a requirement. I would like someone at head office to look into this because MCdonalds next to you has better customer service and staff that are trained to do there job. This Nando’s is like running a a circus. How’s a manager responding to you with hand gestures and not her mouth. I don’t want anything free or compensation but if this isn’t investigated and keeps happening action will be taking on social media of the poor service I have on video. Manager lady needs to be fired never met such a soulless person and it reflects on the atmosphere in the store
