1 /5 H: I had one of the most frustrating experiences ordering food here. I asked to create my own 12” pizza and had to repeat myself three times before being told they “don’t do that,” even though it’s clearly stated on the menu and displayed everywhere. After pointing that out, I gave up and ordered a chicken hot pizza, which I also had to repeat multiple times, including asking for the tomatoes to be removed — which they didn’t even do in the end. Then I asked about the buy-one-get-one-free deal that was advertised, only to be met with confusion again. To top it off, I asked for two pots of garlic mayo and a chilli pot, and the staff member came back with plain mayo sachets and told me to “just think of it as garlic mayo.” When I insisted that it wasn’t the same, he laughed, aggressively slammed one garlic mayo pot on the counter, and I walked out completely annoyed. Terrible service, rude attitude, and zero understanding of their own menu.

But the delivery is showing its delivered!!!!! No calls responded, Ill appreciate if i get the refund for my order! No response from just eat as welll
