2 /5 Arash Sholeh: I first visited this restaurant back in 2019 and gave it a full 5 stars. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant, and everything felt well cared for. In September 2023, after four years, I returned—but sadly, the quality had noticeably declined. The koobideh kebab in particular lacked the flavor and freshness it once had. The furniture was worn out, and the restrooms were quite dirty. Still, out of respect for my previous experience, I gave them 3 stars.
In September 2025, I came back again and ordered the same dishes as before. Unfortunately, the koobideh was extremely disappointing—rubbery in texture and lacking any real taste. After all these years of trying different foods, it’s hard for me to give just 2 stars to a restaurant that employs several staff and is clearly trying to stay afloat.
But honesty matters. I hope that by sharing this sincere feedback, the team can take it as a wake-up call and work toward restoring the quality they once had back in 2019. I’ll return again, and I truly hope they can improve and live up to the potential I know they have.
