5 /5 Sophie: Went in for the first time for their very fairly priced lunch set at just £12 and you get a drink, spring rolls and a main. Everything tasted fresh and the chicken pho was very flavourful. The lady who served me was friendly as well.

4 /5 David Trieu: Lovely experience, good service, food, value and portion sizes! Well worth a visit if you crave some Vietnamese cuisine.

3 /5 Brian Alan Smith: The five star review is for the food, which was outstanding. Quite a lot on the menu. My party and I felt let down by the Inattentive waiting staff. We were the only customers in the restaurant, and we tried three times to catch the waiting staff attention but they carried on talking at the bar. Dare we say, they were so absorbed we could have sneaked out! The prices are reasonable.

1 /5 William Chan: Absolutely shambles! They do NOT give refunds to people who order food online, but use "UberEats" to try and get the food delivered to them. I am ASHAMED of this restaurant. The person who takes the calls - USELESS Did not give me any useful information regarding the "UberEats" driver or his contact details. Do NOT order food here online, absolutely appalling. I am still waiting for a refund of almost £60 from my order, which has NOT arrived since ordering it around 18:30, and the arrival time was supposed to be 19:00-19:10. The time now is 21:11 without my order. Well and truly disappointed. I want a full refund to make up for my order not being delivered. I would not recommend this place whatsoever when placing online orders.

3 /5 Cheryl Yu: we booked online but when we turned up they told us that they didnt see it and couldnt accommodate us eventhough we had email confirmation of the booking. so warning - do not rely on their online booking system! they claim their website is faulty... this was disappointing of course having travelled all the way with the family so we asked for a takeaway instead. the staff were apologetic and offered us bottled water and (stale) prawn crackers whilst waiting. the order took 45mins! and worst of all was that it wasnt worth it - other than generous portions and reasonable prices the food did not live up to quality or authenticity. the vegan dumplings were clearly shop bought, the pho didnt come with any herbs, the tofu was dry and not fresh, the vegetable steam rice rolls were plain rolls with no vegetables. all very mediocre and not worth the journey or wait times so we will not be going back. much better options elsewhere in London.
