5 /5 Geraldine Fisher: Absolutely our go to place for excellence all round. Food, staff ambience. Made to feel special and highly recommended to family and friends. Brilliant. We have dined there for breakfast, lunch and private party. Would give 10 ⭐️if possible.

5 /5 stella chrysanthou: What a gem of a find! We received such a warm welcome by the staff when walked in, they were so helpful and attentive. Amazingly delicious food, very generous portions and great service. They had a festive menu with really unusual dishes, which we loved, we got the slow cooked beef quesadillas which were so yummy. The homemade cakes looked so good but we were too full to try one. We will be coming back very soon to try something new.

5 /5 Aggie Michael: I was pleasantly surprised when we stopped by for lunch before heading to the nurseries. We usually go to The Plough. Very attentive service, and the food was delicious and large portions. The building itself needs some care but not stopping us from visiting next time we are in the area.

1 /5 Tony: I’ve never left a bad google review in my life but unfortunately I feel like I have to here. Walked in to music that was way too loud which instantly put me off ordering food to eat in. I then paid over £20 for 3 slices of cake and 2 coffees. Coffee tasted burnt, and all three bits of chocolate cake that looked lovely in the cabinet when I ordered it, to my surprise to then open a takeaway box to find it completely smothered in salted caramel sauce that tasted awful and smelled of vinegar. The cake was stale and went straight in the bin. Literally one of the worst slices of cake I’ve ever had in my life and not what you expect at over £5 a slice. Probably a one-off experience, but I won’t be returning.
