1 /5 Justine Wingate: Such a shame. Used to love it here but I think maybe its changed hands? I was overcharged for my meal. The food was way below the usual good standard. Watery curry, small and very few pieces of meat in it. Sag aloo had maybe a teaspoon of spinach in - just bland potatoes. Really disappointing. Also the guy at front of house was very abrupt and told me I couldnt have the 15% discount for collection when I arrived to pay cash because I ordered online. Their website clearly says 15% discount on collection. And what he was charging for my food was already over the price on the website. Very sad that its gone downhill. I used to order regularly but will be going elsewhere from now on.

5 /5 cameron chapman: Haven’t had food here since a Christmas works do a few years back and I’m glad I had it again after all this time, still serving lovely food even when delivered. Top notch, ordered 2 of the set meals for me and my partner. Both had a pick of Starter, curry, side, salad, sauces. The onion bhajis and samosas were awesome. A lot of restaurants serve them really oily but these were spot on. The madras had a lovely level of spice. Wasn’t expecting a piece of coal inside the keema naan packaging but did no harm to the food it was just sat on top. The saag paneer was really nice, very sweet and helpful to cool down a spicy pallet. The mixed kebab starter was very tender and full of flavour. Me and my partner will definitely be eating here again. I like ordering direct through the restaurant as the guys are solid and even threw in an extra couple of poppadoms. Best £50 I’ve spent on a takeaway in a very long time, thank you very much.

3 /5 Colin OReilly: Went for a collection on Sunday 24th March 2024. I must start by saying The food tasted great, reasonably priced, but it is on more than one occasion that I order a mushroom Madras main dish, that it comes in a large container barely half full, so this time I asked for a Mushroom and potato Madras, hoping it would be a full container, however this was not to be. When I got home and opened the dish I wasn’t happy at all, as there were 3 pieces of potato and around 3 slices of a mushroom, and less than half full of sauce. This dish is priced the same as many of the main dishes on the menu eg a vegetable madras etc. Overall: great tastsing food but works out very expensive when only getting half the amount you paid for. It would be like walking into a pub and asking for a pint of beer for around £5, and the bartender filling your pint glass halfway (costing you £10 pint). It will probably be my last visit here as it’s happened a good few times now. I believe this is a fair review pros and cons (good and bad points)

4 /5 Viloria Montes de Oca Soraya (Iggy): First time eating here. We ordered a selection of dishes and all seem to go down fairly well. Pros: BYB will always make the bill smaller. Wide selection of dishes -veggie, pescatarian etc Cons: the place priority is their ”take away” service so be prepare to wait for your meals. Service was erratic.
