5 /5 Mike Ortegon: This is my second time to eat here for lunch. The food is absolutely delicious, fresh and flavourful. The quaint atmosphere, friendly staff and great selection is a perfect place to eat. The Bento boxes are tasty and plentiful. I have had the Katsu chicken and for vegetarian palates try the Pumpkin Croquette Curry! We tried all the starters Salmon Nigiri fresh, and complemented with a variety of Goyza’s. Can’t go wrong with anything Lon the menu. Friendly and attentive staff. I would recommend
5 /5 James Johnson: We have just had a delicious lunch at Tanakatsu, based in the Angel area, which was very busy at lunchtime on a Monday. The food is delicious, we had the chicken gyoza for starters and the chicken katsu curry as our main. Service is quick but unrushed, there is a great atmosphere and very busy, but thankfully we did book in advance. It is a short walk from Angel and most customers are Japanese or Chinese which is always a great sign of authentic food. Overall the price was really good value. Highly recommended.
5 /5 Hafsa: This is honestly my favourite katsu curry spot and Im praying that it doesnt blow up. The staff are so sweet and kind. They greet you at the door immediately and top up your water without even asking. There is also a constant check in from them if you need anything. The food is so so nice aswell and cooked to perfection. The portion sizes are HUGE not sure if anyone is ever able to finish. Thank you so much for being so kind to your customers. Special shoutout to Telma who is the kindest soul to ever exist.
5 /5 Maya Naeser: The service here is excellent; staff is so friendly, making the whole meal even more enjoyable and the food is just perfect from start to finish.
The edamame are served warm and spiced with shichimi, giving them a light kick.
The miso soup with spring onion and tofu is so fresh and full of flavour, simple but done perfectly. The pumpkin croquette katsu is a must-try, crispy on the outside, soft and delicious inside, truly perfection on a plate!
5 /5 Herman: Pork katsu set was divine. Not expensive, but extremely tasty. Croquettes included were really good, even the cabbage was good. Free tea to finish the meal as well!
I cracked IT All Foods really authentic. I just fallen in love with it. I wish they have more more branches so that everyone can taste their delicious foods.
Maia Incredible dining experience, excellent fresh seviche and tacos, topped off by outstanding warm service from the host and chef. Lovely atmosphere in a warm and cosy restaurant. Hoping to visit again soon.
Dom Ahern Loved this place. Every single member of staff was just amazing, super attentive, charming and knew their stuff. We went in the evening and the atmosphere was perfect, kitchen upstairs and a mixture of big and small tables with candles, fun but relaxed and not too hectic. Felt really well looked after which made the evening. The wine choices and food were superb and waiters helped us choose. Possibly on the slightly pricey side, but because everything was perfect it still seemed great value. Def recommend for those happy to spend a bit of money, or want to feel spoilt in relaxed but buzzy setting. My new favourite place.
David Oliphant Hard to explain how fantastic this restaurant is.
It has a welcoming and cosy dining room. The food is amazing, I had halibut with North African vegetables preceded by Ceviche of razor clams.
The waiter was tremendous (aside from the funny fact that I never got to see the ‘actual’ wine list).
He pointed us to his favourite food and wine and all his recommendations were quite beyond outstanding.
One of the best meals I have ever had….
Thank you team Cloth.
Niklas Hammarstrom Nice little gem on a busy street. We ended up in bar, the place do preferably require a reservation. We had a bit of everything from the menu. The grilled cauliflower was our favourite. We had a shawarma lamb that I expected more flavours from. Also the moroccan carrots was slightly overcooked. We lacked some texture with the food, some crispiness or crunch would have made a good combo.
David Brydon Fantastic meal at Fish central! Our chef was super friendly and attentive, we were given a delicious fish cake as an aperitif on the house. The fish was fresh and perfectly battered, chips were crispy not greasy. We also got the whitebait, which was top notch. We wanted to return, as it was so good, but didnt have enough days!
