Aimée Chalmers We had a wonderful family meal here on Sunday. A lovely young waiter (his name begins with N but I’ve foolishly forgotten the rest - apologies!) looked after us really well. It was very relaxed and we felt unhurried. The food was delicious, and they have plenty of options depending on whether you prefer spicy or milder dishes. I had the Kathmandu chicken which was fantastic, and the naan bread was absolutely perfect. Onion pakora and fried courgettes also got a big thumbs-up from our group. The portions were a generous size and the set menu was great value, with brilliant coffees to finish. We also tried some Rioja from the wine list, which we really enjoyed, and they cater well for non-drinkers with non-alcoholic beers. We will be back again soon, thank you Ghurka Kitchen!

Crochet LCS I don’t normally fill these in but last night I experienced great and friendly service from KFC server Ben in Basingstoke. My order was quickly processed and Ben was on the ball. Thanks Ben!

Cameron Marks Come to this place on lunch breaks sometimes and it bangs. The lad whipping the pizza is sound and he makes a mean pizza. I get the Hot Dod and I pretty much burn my mouth every time because I can’t wait for it to cool down so I shove it straight in. In the harbour so the scenery is lush, great gaff.

Raida Nazmul During my stay at Premier Inn, I had a very comfortable experience. The room was clean and well arranged, and the room service was quick and polite. Everything was delivered on time and properly organised. The breakfast was also enjoyable, with fresh food and a good variety of options. The dining area was neat and welcoming. Overall, the service and food made my stay smooth and pleasant.

S U M I The food was amazing, and far better than we expected. We ordered a wide variety of dishes from the menu, and everything was surprisingly delicious. The lady who served us was very sweet as well. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in London!
