5 /5 Diana Middleditch: Really nice place to stay. Good quality products in the bathroom, excellent shower and big towels. Coffee is good, and fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge is . a nice touch Rooms are a good size, modern and comfortable

5 /5 Jane Jones: Just arrived at the hotel after a four hour journey to be greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The room is spotless and has a coffee machine which is just what we needed. The dog has also been provided for with bowls, treats, and the best thing of all, from her perspective, a ball. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to return.

5 /5 Sana Talmeez: We were on a trip to UK from Canada. Landed in london on December 14th and were looking for a hotel near Tilford. Came across The princess Royal, which was a perfect location and 7 minutes drive to Mubarak Mosque, islamabad - for which we planned this trip in the first place. We were so pleased with the service and being able to book it on immediate basis. The staff was really very helpful and kind. The room was clean and very pretty. We were with 2 toddlers 1 & 3 years old. On the checkout day - Tuesday, December 16th, I got quite unwell, due to long flight, jetlag and lack of sleep and wanted to see if we could do checkout a little later than 11am. The front desk staff was so very understanding, and accommodating that after discussing it with the housekeeping workers, they agreed to extend the checkout time to 1pm. I would also like to thank the housekeeping workers who were equally understanding and kind. During checkout when the key fob wasnt working the staff kept the door opened till we loaded all our bags in the car and got our toddlers safely seated in the car, ready to drive. It was so meaningful to us, we really appreciated it, and have the highest regard for the staff. The only thing that we got troubled with was the absence of microwave in the room - we couldnt warm up milk for our toddlers and they had to drink cold milk overnight because it was too much work to go to the lobby everytime especially during night wakings.
