Graham Burke We had an exceptional evening at the Prince of Wales in East Barnet Village. We visited to take advantage of the 50% off mains January deal, but the quality was so high we would have happily paid full price. The service here is world class. We met Rory, the manager, who was outstanding. His passion for the food is infectious; he explained the prep and sourcing of the dishes so well it made our mouths water before we even ordered! Our waiter (whose name we missed) was equally professional and friendly - the whole team is clearly focused on making sure you leave happy. The food is "art on a plate" stunningly presented, hot, and delicious. We shared the crab starter, which was fresh and beautifully plated. For mains, the Pheasant Supreme and Chicken Ballotine were both flavourful and perfectly cooked. We finished with the Baked Alaska, which they set on fire at the table! The portions were huge, even when shared. Rory’s description of the Sunday Roast prep has already convinced us to book a return visit. Highly recommended!

Neil Martin Dined in, had the set meal for 2, about 10 minutes waiting time. Food was hot and freshly cooked, tasty without being over spiced, and reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff, great service. Recommended.

makintoch b Went there for a birthday celebration of a friend and we all had such a great time! The atmosphere is amazing - typical Moroccan interior, great service and fantastic food served with a twist. Had meze starters had to share. The ingredients were very fresh and the lamb there is superb. Would highly recommend to finish your evening with their mint tea - sweet and fragrant. Cant wait to go back and try more of their amazing food!

Karina Wilson My first visit to Beehive Cafe as we were staying at Beehive airbnb for weekend.. The cafe had grate choice of local produce dishes and drinks so we enjoid cooked breakfasts and smashed avocado on toast which were all excellent. Bonus as 10% off bill as staying in Airbnb. Luvly atmosphere in the cafe and staff were grate especially Mike the owner. We had a good chat on what to do in the area, plus booked afternoon tea at cafe as surprise 4 our aunty whod come with us. The tea was superb, such luvly homemade scones, cakes and delicious sandwiches. We were very impressed and so full after a weekend of home cooked treats. The Airbnb was grate price for 4 of us and far cheapa than a local b&b and a brand hotel near by. We had to call Mike as we couldnt get TV 2 work but he soon popped up 2 show us. Very helpful and quick 2 respond. Overall a great stay with bonus of cafe below and A good base 4 us visiting local Arundel and Brighton. Highly recommend and hav booked again 4 September. Ben rutter Myself and my family have been ordering from this Chinese since I was a little kid and it remains top 3 in places to eat for me! I’m now quite a bit older and I’ve passed on the love to my wife who like me adores it aswell! The food is incredible and for someone like me who likes a bigger portion, the sizes are perfect! Nisa Dedja One of the best souvlaki places Ive ever been in North London.The food is freshly made and extremely tasty,the place is clean and has a nice vibe.The staff aswell is quite welcoming making u enjoy the experience of souvlaki.Totally recommended!!!
