1 /5 Carolyn Lopez: The service was very slow from the beginning. Even though the place was almost empty (only a few tables), the staff were more focused on talking to each other instead of paying attention to customers.
They took a long time to take our order, and the kitchen closed at 8:40 pm. They came to the table saying “the kitchen is closing in 5 minutes, do you want anything?” And she said : no , no ? No which felt rushed and uncomfortable.
When we ordered a bottle of wine, the waiter just put it on the table without opening it or explaining anything, and left very quickly. We were given empty glasses, but no one asked if we wanted water or brought a bottle of water.
The food was terrible. All portions were very small and not worth the price. The baby squid tasted like plastic and had a strange texture. The prawns were extremely small and nothing like before (we used to come here years ago). The corn with mango flavour was too soft and the taste was not good. Chips were the only acceptable thing and the portion was big for the price.
No one asked if we wanted dessert or anything else. Overall, both the food and the service were terrible. I used to recommend this place, but now I don’t recommend it at all and I will not come back.
Used to be good, now terrible service, tiny portions and very bad food. Won’t be back.
We used to be regular customers because the food quality was much better before, portions were bigger, and prices were more reasonable. That’s why we came often and recommended this place.
Now the prices are higher, the portions are smaller, the quality is much worse, and the service is horrible. With higher prices and lower quality, I don’t understand how they expect customers to recommend this place anymore.
Don’t be fooled by the photos. Even in pictures the food may look bigger, but in real life the portions are even smaller. I tried to make them look better for my videos, but the reality is very different ❌❌
