5 /5 Thanmai Reddy: Had the chicken shawarma at Urban Chai and it was absolutely fantastic! The wrap was freshly prepared, perfectly seasoned, and packed with juicy, flavorful chicken and fresh veggies. Every bite was bursting with taste. The staff here deserve a special mention—they were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. From the warm welcome to the quick service, everything felt effortless and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re craving a delicious shawarma and great vibes. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The street food was absolutely delicious, and the desi chicken with chapati was incredibly satisfying — full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We truly loved every bite of the food. What made our visit even more special was the wonderful service. Hima was so welcoming, always smiling, and extremely sweet. Her warm attitude made us feel very comfortable and added a personal touch to our visit. We really appreciate her kindness and hospitality. Overall, a great place for tasty food and a friendly atmosphere. Thank you to the Urbanchai team and a special thank you to Hima we will definitely be coming back.
