Mazhar Chaudhary I am visiting Balkh Restaurant since last almost 10 years now. I visited last night with my family and it was same high standard of food and very nice atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and supportive, especially Fareed Bhai was wonderful, running around the restaurant to make things happen on time and perfectly. Truly enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. My family loved each and everything. I would recommend to visit Balkh once and you will be addicted with the food and the restaurant.

Rashesh Patel Perfect spot for Christmas dining – fully open on 25th! Impressive buffet selection, everything hot and flavorful. Special shoutout to Dhruv for his excellent service; he proactively asked if we wanted more and served our fresh dosa and rotla right away. Highly recommended to try Shreekhand and Gajar Halwa, both were mouthwatering. Book in advance to avoid queues. Free parking available nearby. Outstanding value at just £16.99 per person.

Neha S Casual set-up with friendly staff and good service. We had a Bombay sandwiches, masala chilli toast, hot panini, bean burger with chips, masala chai, orange juice and Limca. The Bombay sandwiches were my favourite, really satisfying. The hot panini was nice too. The masala bean toasty was decent but a bit too cheesy for me. I’ve tried both their soya burger and bean burger, and I prefer the bean burger, especially with the peri peri chips. They’re accommodating if you don’t eat eggs. They swapped the coleslaw for salad, though the salad could be improved (mostly lettuce with just a bit of tomato and cucumber). Overall, a casual spot for a simple brunch with a homely vibe. Parking is on the road but usually easy to find a spot. I’d visit again to try new dishes on the menu. Despite being busy the staff were certainly attentive, friendly and efficient with their service. I’d highly recommend this place to locals and non locals.

Yash Patel We recently hosted a large family get-together for 32 people, and I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. A massive thank you to Amita for her brilliant coordination. She made the booking process incredibly easy. She was always available when I called, extremely accommodating to our needs, and ensured everything was prepared perfectly. Rajvi (Our Server) was absolutely spot on! She was attentive, prompt, and professional throughout the entire meal. She truly elevated our experience with her fantastic service. The food was delicious across the board. When you have a group that large, it’s rare to have every single person leave satisfied, but everyone in the family thoroughly enjoyed their meal. If you are looking for a venue that handles large groups with grace, great food, and professional staff, this is the place. We will definitely be hosting our future family get-togethers here!
