5 /5 Darbyshires: Visited today for my husbands birthday lunch with our two young children. We went in between lunch and dinner so I cant really comment on and havent rated the place for atmosphere - it was very quiet, but one might expect that of a restaurant at 3pm. Our waiter was really lovely and attentive and gave the kids a lot of attention - nothing they asked for was too much trouble. The food was really delicious and very generous at extremely reasonable prices. I had a mixed grill special, the kids shared a double cheeseburger and hubby had the Al Tayib mixed grill. We also ordered some halloumi and the Al Tayib salad. It was all made with fresh ingredients and freshly prepared and very tasty. We struggled to finish it all, especially as we were given complementary lentil soup (sooo good!), salad and bread before the mains and complementary tea and baklawa to finish! The bill was so low and they wouldnt even let me leave a tip when I asked if I could. Would highly recommend and will be going back to try some of the other delicious sounding items on the menu!
