5 /5 Trina U: I had my engagement ceremony here last month and forgot to leave a review but the staff, especially the moroccan guy who works at the front (Im so sorry I dont know your name). The atmosphere was lovely and the food even though they did not give options (it was just lamb) the food was not bad. They accommodated us and made the night lovely. Thank you!

5 /5 L Makita: We came here for a birthday and really enjoyed it. The food was lovely—even with the set menu and 14 of us. The portions were generous and everything was very tasty. Giovanni was amazing: funny, attentive, and so sweet. He kept us entertained throughout the meal. Honestly, it didn’t seem like the rest of the staff did much, but Giovanni more than made up for it. Overall, a great experience.

1 /5 AARTI BHANDERI-SHAH: A shockingly bad and upsetting experience where we treated like pests not diners. I have given 1 star but I want to give ZERO stars. A group of 20 school parents attended the venue on Saturday 7th March 2026. Im sorry to say that it was the worst dining experience I have ever encountered. We booked the table 4 weeks prior and the chef requested us to place a pre order which we sent in 4 days before the booking date. I have never written a review for a restaurant but am deeply saddened and angered by the treatment we received at this venue. Jessica the manager was horrendous from the moment we walked in, she gave us disdainful looks and her co-manager scowled at us throughout the evening making us feel like we were pests not guests. Food and plates were slammed on our table and a few diners waited 1 hour for their food. No apology, just a litany of abuse and threatening body language. We walked out after main course as the entire evening was ruined by the abysmal staff and disrespectful attitude. The bill had £200 worth of bottled water despite asking for tap water - the staff will do anything to rip you off. The bread and olives were stale and no olive oil to dip the bread in. We offered some calm feedback about the lack of service to lift the mood and were told that the "pre order had caused chaos and the chef walked out because of us". This comment about pre orders made no sense as the pre order was on a neat excel document clearly stating diners names, starters, mains and dessert - very easy to follow. The manager insisted he take the orders again which the diners werent keen to do as they had already decided. As the host of the group, I offered to let the staff know which dish belonged to which diner as they came out of the kitchen, to make their life easier but again the manager continued to shout at me as if I was dirt on the bottom of his shoe. Yes he shouted (!) - it was like an episode of fawlty towers. On the positive side the food was average - so at least you can eat while being scowled at! I wonder whether the staff had taken narcotics as this venue is known for such things - the behaviour of the restaurant team was irrational and surreal in all honesty. I would never enter this venue again. I would give this venue zero stars if I could. Traumatised overall by this restaurant and dining experience.
