2 /5 Jason Li: I want to be fair in my review. The venue feels quite bizarre and doesn’t have the feeling as pictures suggest. The food was okay, but nothing particularly memorable, mine was over seasoned, and in my opinion the prices are completely overpriced for what’s offered. Overall, I left feeling a bit disappointed. The current rating doesn’t seem to fully reflect the dining experience. It feels more like a venue suited to people who enjoy shisha and watching sports, rather than a destination focused primarily on food.

5 /5 Cassandra: Bonzai Bar and Grill – A Beautiful Hidden Gem ✨ Firstly, this really is a beautiful hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and relaxed. Our server, Mukunda, was absolutely amazing — his service was truly top tier. He was so friendly, attentive, and professional throughout, making sure we were comfortable and well looked after without ever being intrusive. We were seated on time in the lounge area, which had a great atmosphere. The music was great, and when I even requested some Afro beats, they didn’t mind playing them at all — which made the experience feel even more personal and enjoyable. The sushi was really good — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Overall, such a lovely experience. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

5 /5 Shahida Khan: I visited with my family and honestly everything we tried was amazing. The food not only tasted great but was also beautifully presented. We ordered the Dragon Roll, Negi Toro, Chicken Bao, wok-fried greens, beef dumplings, smoky lamb chops, Peking duck leg, and Dan Dan lamb noodles. My personal favourite was the tuna roll, I loved the ají panca flavour, which had a really mild fruity note. The Peking duck was especially impressive, incredibly soft, rich, and full of flavour. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend and would happily return.

3 /5 Benian Ceven: The food was great and came out pretty quickly. The ambience and atmosphere were lush and inviting, creating a really pleasant dining experience. However, the service could have been better. Our waiter seemed unsure about some of the menu items, and we had to wait while he went to check. It would have been nice if he had a bit more knowledge about the menu. Additionally, the staff wasn’t very attentive , we had to call for their attention a couple of times. Overall, it was an okay experience, but it could have been much better with a higher level of customer service.
