I ordered their classic pairing: a Flat White and a slice of Coffee Cake, and both were flawless.The Flat White was absolute liquid gold. It had perfectly extracted espresso with a deep, rich flavor, and the microfoam was silky smooth—a true sign of a skilled barista. It was the ideal temperature to savor right away.The Coffee Cake was the perfect companion. It was incredibly moist, packed with rich coffee flavor and spice, and had the most delicious crumb topping. It paired flawlessly with the bold coffee.Beyond the drinks and food, the atmosphere is fantastic—bustling but cozy, clearly a spot where people care deeply about the craft. D. Edwards Yet another amazing takeaway from Castle. Yes, you do pay slightly more than another local option but the quality is FAR better than anything around. We order from these guys all the time and were never disappointed, and food is always delivered really fast and piping hot. Particularly recommend the Kung Po Chicken and the Teriyaki Chicken!

David K Fantastic! Love the friendliness and warm welcome of the staff. The service is excellent. The food is superb and has some modern alternate dishes as well as the traditional ols school Indian dishes. The restaurant itself is modern and classy. Highly recommend.
