Luke Booked here as it was recommended from years ago. It’s a new owner who is a very polite young man and more than happy to engage with you. They cook everything fresh so the wait times are a little longer but I have to say, wow. The food was absolutely gorgeous, the tandoori was out of this world. After speaking with the owner about his plans he invited us back as a family to try a few new things he is considering for the menu and we did just that. What a lovely evening with absolutely gorgeous food. A 7 & 9 year old loved every bit of it too and even surprised them with ice cream. Amazing service, amazing food and overall a lovely experience. I wish the owner every success and we’ll see you again soon!

Red Clay Media Agency This gorgeous period pub is impressive, quaint and quality. Its great for cosy glasses of wine by a roaring fire or to sit with a cold pint in the gardens. Really easy to find with plenty of parking and great food, it really caters for all needs.

Sarah Archer-palmer I had a surprise birthday last Saturday organised by my daughter. It was for 22 people, preordered food & wine. Unfortunately 5 people couldn’t come but the staff, especially JP and Alex, went out of their way to change the tables, move chairs etc, relay everything. It was quick, efficient and calm. They took over everything. The food was excellent, I had fish & chips. The chef was very flexible with timings and all food came out at once. I know everyone enjoyed their meal as there were lots of compliments! The rugby was on the TVs but didn’t overbear our table and lots of us enjoyed it in the background. This encouraged the fun, laid back atmosphere. The end of the evening was relaxed with making payments and the flexibility to chop and change was very appreciated. Hannah had an excellent team which goes to show she is an excellent manager. We are locals and really enjoyed showing off The Drummond in all her updated glory to my close friends and family. V K We had a really lovely experience at Lucky Dragon. The food quality was excellent — fresh, full of flavour and beautifully presented. Every dish we ordered was cooked perfectly and arrived hot. The service was just as impressive, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome from start to finish. The ambience is also really good — clean, comfortable and with a great atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxed meal with family or friends. Highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

Kimberly Wong Came for dinner with some relatives visiting from abroad. Alexandra our waitress was lovely and professional. Food was good but I wouldn’t say it’s the best I’ve ever had. Still highly recommend!
